Last nights gig with Andy the Sax at Pizza Express was a bit of a charmed affair. the agent had requested that we be quiet as there had been complaints about loud saxes and he was not going to program saxes there anymore which annoyed Andy, of course, as he is a pretty quiet player. But the small crowd went nuts for us - applause every niumber, some bought drinks, and the manageress said we were their favourites as did a regular so i'll ask agent for a reprieve.
Today I had to fix a Bridget track (again) which had a glitch and repost the disk to the label. I then packaged up 5 Chocolate Bossa CDs and posted them to CDBaby and filled out all the stuff to put the album with them. I went to the bank, did a small food shop and did a little more mixing on my songs album. it;s all ready for a Neil the Bass session now.
Not quite back int he swing of things. Need a good night sleep.

Appelaing to the agent worked - Andy the Sax and self will be back at the Pizza Express in April. Otherwise did some more website work, got a haircut. Fixed up recording session with Neil the Bass for next week. Dinah popped round and bought some CDs for gifts - River of Life and Celtic Fire. Got call from muzo pal Paul Joses in Germany - nice chat. He has a nice vid on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yi32G8K6Q uI
I also selected my own favourite music from a recent Impromptu Electronic gig recording - mostly for my own listening pleasure - I think the Alto Stratus guys will edit and master that live album.
Seem to've picked up a kind of chesty cold thing. Ho hum. Luckily no gig til Thurs.
Went to Borders Books in the evening for a change - got a McDevitt - can't for the life of me remember which of his I've read. Also a cheap Citizen Kane DVD.
