Jackie Leven sent me a song on disk to add theremin to for a future album of his. I came up with some other ideas to his suggestion and it went pretty well. I phoned him and played some of the results - he seemed pleased with it and told me as it was a proper budgeted record deal I could invoice him for £100 - a nice surprise as I thought I was doing a favour for a mate.

Like everyone in the Filk community I was shocked and saddened to hear the death of Greg McMullan in a house fire. I didn't know him well , maybe only met him the once, but he was much loved in the community and my thoughts go out to his wife and family.
