The jazz quintet gig went really well - despite slight tech hassle at the start from the students trying to record us. A VERY positive crowd - I was bowled over by the response, organiser John made a really nice speech. The band was good - great players all willing to work on the fly with unfamiliar material and no rehearsal.
Plus I sold 5 CDs ! (2 Choc Bossas, 2 Breathtaking and 1 River of Life).
We also didn't lean on old standards either which was nice. Actually compared with usual restaurant duo work, working with a quintet was a doddle.
Set 1 - Damned, Deja Blues, If Only, Days Gone By, solo theremin (Cry Me a River & Somewhere Over the Rainbow - funny - while some audience  & drummer moved cars when traffic warden was spotted outside :-)  ) , Samba de Orfeo
Set 2 - Starting Over, The Missing Years, The Water is Wide, Witchi Tai To

When I got home and unpacked I mixed Jodi's vocals takes into the Time Will Tell track for my songs album - awesome - went really smoothly - I'll listen tomorrow with less tired ears but it just might be a wrap. Possibly a wrap for the album too.

In the evening I finished off Citizen Kane on DVD
