Happy (just) belated Birthday to the gorgeous bardling ! - hope it was a good one.

G's birthday wasn't quite as planned - we got to Nottingham - rushed lunch, then on to theatre to find the play cancelled due to technical problems (water leaking into theatre apparently.)
We thought of the movies but couldn'tfind anything that wasn't insufferably dumb or noisy. We thought of tackling the town when we realised that we were both really tired so we hit home after I picked up a couple of cheap DVDs. And slept. Nice evening was had tho - baked potatoes watching the James Taylor DVD I'd picked up.

then calls and emails came there many...
- Valentine piano gig has been cancelled - not bothered.
- Boiler fixers cancelled - not too bothered as it means they wont be ringing me at 8am - gottaring to sort another time.
- 2 parcels were undelivered - have to collect.
- Got contact from mastering man about Bridgets CD - there is a click ona  track - tried to fix it. He also confirmed my suspicions that my DVDr recorder in my coputer needs replacing.

I did geta  CD I;d ordered from electronic improv group Tape from Denmark - very nice
