Yesterday I just didnlt have music head one. In the end I wne to PC world and bought needed tech stuff - eg new DVD writer, keyboard (letters have worn off mine) and mouse (my old cordless even with ne wbatteries has a rance of 6inches from relay.) Alsoi bought an external hard drive to help with archiving and free up my machine. Amazing you can get 500gig for 78pounds nowadays.

In the evening I worked on finishing the art designs with Zorpinda on my songs album - now officially titled - Songs for Dreamers - planning on using art from a livejournal pal :-)
Not doing a lot with this album - I'll burn 10 copies and send 5 to CDBaby/iTunes for now.

Vikki cancelled her session we agreed that she hasn;t the time to work on her album. A shame but a relief too as I can now get on with other things.

Just off to record another keyboard session with singer songwriter Andy G.

The former is a wonderful artist and photographer with a wonderful eye for the magical. When we met in California a year or so ago twas like meeting family.
The latter is one of the first who welcomed me into filk and reassured me with her friendliness and enthusiasm at my early conventions.

The recording session went fine - I did acoustic and electric piano on 2 tracks for Andy G.

The DVDr drive is proving troublesome - the Vizier is having to yank it out and retry for the 3rd time.

In an effort to try and get fitter I jogged round the block - lungs were on fire but I have started at least.

Tomorrow is an epic ceilidh gig - get to Stafford at 6.30pm - play background for hour during meal - then 2 hour ceilidh, then an hour or so concert , then drive home. Eep ! - .
