Yesterday arvo i did manage to add 2 passes of electric guitar to the Fire piece - just needs some low whistle and it;ll be done. The guitar came out even better than I hoped.

The Govannen gig at the Grange was one of the best we've had in ages - we were a 4 -piece this time and a big listening crowd were really into it and lapped up the music and the chat. We sold 6 CDs - 2 Celtic Fire & 4 Water is Wide.

One piece of news shook us before we got there we heard a good friend of ours, Fandango the Guitar,  had been taken into intensive care with septicemia, and some kind of superbug that was not responding to drugs. He's still in intensive care today and having another op. No more news as yet. He and his family was and is on our minds a lot.
